The Reversible Cycle of Matter and Data

In this ongoing dialogue between code and substance, sculpture is stripped of its historical status as an immutable, permanent monument.
An artistic investigation into the material cycle and the dissolution of the boundary between the organic and the synthetic. Operating on a continuous, reversible loop between atoms and pixels, this practice dematerializes physical objects through high-resolution 3D scanning, translating tactile weight into mathematical coordinates and topological data. Once inside the virtual void, these shapes are computationally manipulated, folded, and re-coded, only to be rematerialized back into the physical world via 3D printing or CNC machining. Sculpture becomes a fluid, transient, and perfectly reversible process — a physical manifestation of a temporary state of calculation.
